I have been taking my cats to Hatton since 1994, and have always found them to be compassionate, caring and thoroughly professional. The entire staff (front desk, techs, vets) listens carefully to my input regarding my pets, and provides me a variety of ways to keep my cats healthy and happy. I totally appreciate how they work with me to be a better pet parent!

From the front desk staff to Dr. Ku, I cannot thank Hatton Vet enough for their incredible service. They are incredibly friendly, they listen with care, and go above and beyond to care for your pet. I’ve had quite a long connection with Hatton Vet. Hospital in that my parents took their pets to Dr. Peter Hatton when I was a young person. So when I moved to the Elk Grove area 20 years ago I was delighted to learn the hospital was then located on Sheldon Rd. about 15 minutes from my home. Since that time, Dr. Takata, Dr. Ku, and Dr. Chen have taken care of my dogs and all the kitties that I’ve loved over the years. I have the highest regard for their skill, their compassion, and the dedication that they’ve shown. I’ve always found the Vet. Techs to be the same, and very kind as well, as is the office staff in providing excellent service in doing their part to make Hatton Veterinary hospital continue to be my choice for my beloved pets.

Hatton’s entire team are wonderful and truly amazing! This past weekend our dog was attacked by another dog while on our morning walk and they took care of all our pets needs. They fit us in for an office visit right away. They made Bronson feel completely comfortable given the situation and made sure he was ok. They didn’t try to overcharge or add any unnecessary tests or office fees. They even followed up the following morning to make sure he was eating and staying in track with all his medication. This is 100% our family vet of choice and we would personally recommend to all our friends and family ❤️

Hatton Vet has been amazing to me and my pets this past year for both routine issues (such as vaccines and exams) as well as more unexpected challenges (such as diagnosing, ultrasounds, etc…). They are honest and responsive in there communication. And, unlike most vets, they have communicated and followed up with me many times doing their best to make sure I have every aspect of my pet’s care taken care of. It shows great integrity of the company and people at Hatton that they have gone the extra mile for all my little beasts.

Since 1994, we’ve trusted the healthcare of our pets (Sam, Shelby, and Ellie Grace) to Hatton Veterinary Hospital’s veterinarians and staff. Sam, our precious cat, lived to over 17 years and Shelby, our wonderful dog, lived to over 16 years. Our current sweet dog, Ellie Grace, is now 13 years old and still going strong. We believe Hatton Veterinary Hospital is instrumental in helping us maintain healthy pets that live a long and enriched life.

The Doctors are very kind and compassionate. They are good about calling to explain lab results and discuss them thoroughly. I don’t feel like they push for anything thing unnecessary. The only criticism is that the checkout process has been very slow at times, possibly due to waiting for prescriptions.

I recently had to take one of my fur babies to Hatton veterinary hospital, he received the best care possible the workers there are very concerned about your pet as if it was there own. I have been taking my pets over the years to Hatton veterinary hospital since the day they open their doors. I would not take my animals to any other place.

One of my cats threw up and urinated on our way to the vet. The technician cleaned him up as well as his cage. I very much appreciate this!

On top of that, Dr. Takata took her time examining my cats in a very kind and compassionate way.
