We partner with several board-certified specialists who provide services at Hatton Veterinary Hospital for our patients.

Cardiology experts take the confusion out of navigating complex heart health issues in animals. From heart murmurs and fainting episodes to high blood pressure and heart disease, we can call on board-certified veterinary cardiologists to perform a cardiac echo (ultrasound) and electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) on your pet. This allows us to provide your pet with the best management of heart disease.

In addition to cardiology, we partner with board-certified radiologists who provide on-site ultrasound as well as radiographic interpretation.

Ultrasound waves are used in ultrasonography, a form of diagnostic procedure, to provide an imaging study. This implies that we can view internal images of the patient’s body during ultrasonography. Ultrasonography uses no radiation, in contrast to various other imaging procedures like x-rays. Instead, ultrasonography makes a picture of what is inside your pet’s body using high-frequency sound (ultrasound) waves. Several common disorders can be detected and assessed painlessly and without any invasiveness using ultrasonography.

We are lucky to have access to a board-certified internist who can provide specialized services such as Endoscopy and other advanced procedures normally only done at a specialty clinic.
